This page explains how digital products purchased through TickleDr are delivered and how payments are processed.
TickleDr sells digital products and digital content delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.
After a successful payment, customers may receive access to the purchased digital content through electronic delivery, which may include download links, online access, customer account access, email delivery, or other digital access methods made available through the store.
Because products are delivered digitally, there are no physical shipping fees, shipping zones, postal delivery times, or physical tracking numbers.
Digital access is normally made available after the order has been successfully completed and the payment has been approved.
If a customer does not receive access to the purchased digital content, or experiences a technical issue with delivery, the customer should contact us so we can review and resolve the issue.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors, including Stripe where available. Customers may be able to pay using supported credit or debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
TickleDr does not store full payment card details on its website. Payment card information is processed by the payment processor according to its own security and payment processing standards.
After placing an order, customers may receive an order confirmation or payment confirmation by email. Customers should make sure that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
